M/s ITTEFAQ CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATES Pvt. Ltd. (ICA) inherits its professional background from M/s ITTEFAQ CONCRETE (IC) established in 1985.
Ever since its formal establishment, ICA is aimed at “striving for excellence”. The idea is principally given to us by our Deen. This necessarily means to adopt right way and work hard to achieve the targeted goal. Of course, the results of all our efforts are dependent on the will of our Lord, but striving for excellence is the duty assigned to us by Him.

Across All Our Areas of Expertise, we aim at learning the most efficient and latest techniques of the current time so that we may reciprocate the same to our clients in the best possible professional and economical yet most efficient solutions for their needs and requirements.

Engr. Vaqar Ahmad (Late)

B.Sc (Civil), P.E, M.I.E.

Graduated as Civil Engr. In 1964, he worked as an integral associate for his elder brother Engr. Izhar Ahmad Qureshi (Mahnoom), founder chairman of M/s IZHAR GROUP OF COMPANIES. He has extensive experience of civil construction works of almost all types of buildings and manufacturing of pre-cast concrete products.

Engr. Hafiz Abdullah Mahmood

Engr. Hafiz Abdullah Mahmood, following the foot steps of his father, Engr. Vaqar Ahmad, started his professional career after his graduation for U.E.T. Lahore in 1998. Securing 2nd position overall in his degree program, his approach towards the profession has always remained not to compromise on the already set standards of his elders. Working as a regular employee at M/s NESPAK Pakistan in early days of his career established a good base in him to work in a corporate professional environment. Working as an equal partner of both IC and ICS, he worked for design, planning and field work of almost all types of Industrial, Commercial, Residential and other types of buildings. His keen interest in manufacturing of pre-cast concrete products grew side by side and is well established now. With the positive approach and work experience of almost 25 years as Professional Engineer, having established ICA, he aims to continue and transform the golden past experience into yet brighter future in sha Allah.

Engr. Hafiz Musab Mahmood, continuing the legacy of his father Engr. Hafiz Abdullah Mahmood and aiming at adding services varsity of ICA, has opted Electrical Engineering as his professional degree program from University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore. Having felt the need of a nexus where all engineering services can be offered to the client under one roof, he is keeping his focus on associated amenities which are essential for all modern buildings featuring MEP solutions, automation and alternate energy management etc.
